- Erosive esophagitis, maintenance of healing / Gastroesophageal reflux disease
- Gastric hypersecretion
- Gastric ulcer, active, benign
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease, Symptomatic
- Stress ulcer; Prophylaxis

- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea

Contraindication
- Omeprazole is contraindicated in patient with knwon hypersensitivity (may include anaphylaxis, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, bronchospasm, interstitial nephritis, and urticaria) to substituted benzimidazole or to any component of the formulation
